How much is the set?
The shampoo and conditioner are sold together as a set for $100, before tax and shipping. They're formulated to be used together, so we don't sell them separately.
Where do you ship?
Within Canada for now. We'll look at other countries once the first batch is out.
When will my pre-order arrive?
Pre-orders ship with the first batch. We'll email you with a date as soon as it's confirmed, and you can cancel any time before it ships.
Am I charged when I pre-order?
Only if we reach our pre-order target. Reserving a set holds one from the first batch; if we don't hit the target, or if you cancel before it ships, you're refunded in full.
Is it tested on animals?
No — never. The full ingredient list will be published here and on the bottle before the first set ships.
What hair type is it for?
It's made for damaged hair — hair that's been through heat, colour and everyday wear — and it's gentle enough to use as often as you wash.
Can I see the full ingredient list?
The final formula is being confirmed with our lab. The complete list will be published on the Ingredients page and printed on the bottle before anything ships.
