Simple terms, written plainly. If anything here isn't clear, ask us before you order.
Where we ship
Canada only for now. We'll expand once the first batch has shipped.
Pre-order timing
Pre-orders ship with the first batch. You're only charged if we reach our pre-order target — if we don't, or if you cancel before your set ships, you're refunded in full.
Shipping costs
Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout, based on your address. Prices on the site are before tax and shipping.
Returns
Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return shipping on us to sort out.
Cancelling a pre-order
Email us any time before your set ships and we'll cancel it, no questions asked.
